Fire Restoration Products

STEP 1: Visual Inspection
Surveying the degree and extent of damage – from odor, burn, soot and water – results in a cost estimate and plan of action. Upon approval, you can begin work quickly to prevent additional damage.
STEP 2: Deodorization
The chemicals and methods that are applied throughout the restoration process to neutralize and remove the odors in the home or office which are caused by fire and smoke.
STEP 3: Structure Cleaning
Clean and restore items such as flooring, walls, air-ducts and ceilings removing residue with a “ceiling to floor pattern” to ensure optimal results.
STEP 4: Evaluate Contents
Fire and smoke may not be completely destructive. Though some items may be more cost efficient to replace, those valuables which can be cleaned and restored should be identified and tagged.
STEP 5: Contents Cleaned
Clean and restore items such as furniture, accessories and surfaces with various methods based on the extent and type of damage.
STEP 6: Restoring Lives
The customers valuables should be returned or stored in a facilitie until the restoration is complete.

Water Restoration Products

STEP 1: Visual Inspection

STEP 2: Water Removal
Standing water is removed to dry the structure and contents. Strict dry down methods and regular monitoring may prevent secondary damage and microbial growth.
STEP 3: Stabilize
Dehumidifiers and air mover draw moisture from the moist air and return warm, dry air in order to stabilize the indoor environment.
STEP 4: Monitor
The home or office structure and environment should be regularly monitored on-site to ensure restoration to pre-loss condition.
STEP 5: Relay/Replace Flooring
Carpets or flooring can be relayed or replaced and surfaces cleaned once the structure and environment should be thoroughly cleaned and dry.
STEP 6: Restoring Lives
The valuables can be returned to the home or office or safely stored in your facilities until the restoration is complete..
